The extent of PowerMowers' liability is strictly limited to the stipulated refund conditions detailed in the sales agreement.

Returns Policy

Ensuring your satisfaction is our primary goal and utmost priority. Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect it promptly, and notify us immediately if any issues arise. In the event of receiving a damaged item, it is crucial to inform us within 48 hours of receipt. If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you have a 30-days for a refund, excluding postage and handling. Initial responsibility for shipping and handling costs on returns lies with the customer. PowerMowers will reimburse standard postage costs if the item is covered by warranty or found to be not as described. For a refund to be processed, the returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Kits/sets must be returned with all components included. Before making any alterations, cuts, or final fitments, purchasers are responsible for ensuring the correctness of the purchased item. When returning products, please include the Invoice Number. Products returned without reference of sale cannot be processed. We retain the right to deny a refund for returned items that have been fitted or are not in their original condition, including packaging.

While we strive to maintain a robust inventory, please note that not all parts listed may be readily available in our warehouse. Whilst we prioritise transparency, it's important to understand that there might be delays in fulfilling your order due to various reasons, such as sourcing products from relevant suppliers or overseas manufacturers. We want to assure you that we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

If an item is not readily available or must be sourced externally, rest assured that we'll communicate promptly with you. We aim to provide accurate shipping times, and you'll be notified if your order is expected to take longer than 15 business days to reach you.

Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location of choice. Normally the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Extremely large goods (ie. items requiring a two man lift) will also incur higher delivery rates.

PLEASE NOTE

As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier, in most cases will not require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to collect the parcel, it may be re-directed to the nearest courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

PowerMowers recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimise any re-delivery delays and/or fees.

You may incur additional delivery fees or freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:

- Large quantity or bulk orders

- Express or urgent deliveries

- Non-stock and/or bespoke items

- If an item is returned to the sender due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer (case-by-case basis)

At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our courier companies' freight charges via a courier aggregation application (supplied by ShipIt). Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our courier companies.

If you select the delivery option when you place an order, it may take between 2 - 5 business days (3 - 10 business days for regional areas) after dispatch for your order to be delivered to your nominated address. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only. The delivery of your order may be delayed if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, personal or payment details require verification for fraud prevention purposes, a product is not stocked near to your nominated address or there are other factors outside of our control.

This estimated delivery date is provided to you as a guide only. Unfortunately, circumstances may change beyond PowerMowers' control which may lead to a delay in your order being delivered on time. PowerMowers will not accept liability for any delay in procuring the ordered goods that is beyond reasonable control (ie. unavailable stock).

We will do our best to ensure that you are notified whether a product is available in your selected store at the time you place an order. However, if for any reason your product is not available or your order exceeds the maximum allowable quantity, we will contact you using the details you entered when you placed the order and offer an alternative to you. If you select the delivery option when you place an order, and your order is larger than one product, we may withhold your products until we are able to dispatch all item together.

If a particular product is in high demand we may need to supply the product from outside of our standard delivery network. This can cause delays in dispatch if orders are directed to regional locations etc.

Please be aware that international shipping costs and delivery times can vary based on the destination, order size, and weight. We aim to provide the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions for our international customers.

Delivery is available to any valid address across Australia (where a product is ordered through https://powermowers.com.au/ and the nominated address is located in Australia). If you select the delivery option when you place an order, you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee. However, if the cost to deliver the product to you significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are located in a remote area or have placed a special order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.

We provide an efficient delivery service available at your discretion. Due to the continuous weight changes and dimensions of large machinery please call to obtain a quote prior to purchase. Bulky deliveries such as engines will be delivered by our transport partners to a safe and easy to access location at the your nominated delivery address. For health & safety reasons in the majority of cases this will exclude delivery of the item up flights of stairs. Please have adequate assistance available to you following receipt of your delivery.

Should we have any issues delivering a large product to your nominated address, we'll contact you to further organise shipping terms.
