DELIVERY INFORMATION

PowerMowers Australia proudly offer a comprehensive range of product brand parts catalogs for your browsing and ordering convenience. While we strive to maintain a robust inventory, please note that not all parts listed may be readily available in our warehouse. Whilst we prioritise transparency, it's important to understand that there might be delays in fulfilling your order due to various reasons, such as sourcing products from relevant suppliers or overseas manufacturers. We want to assure you that we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

If an item is not readily available or must be sourced externally, rest assured that we'll communicate promptly with you. We aim to provide accurate shipping times, and you'll be notified if your order is expected to take longer than 15 business days to reach you.

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you have any concerns about item availability, shipping times, or any questions regarding your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us before placing your order. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location of choice. Normally the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Extremely large goods (ie. Items requiring a two man lift) will also incur higher delivery rates.

Please note

As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will in most cases require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

PowerMowers recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimise any redelivery delays and/or fees. You may incur additional delivery fees or freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:

- Large quantity or bulk orders

- Express or urgent deliveries; or

- Non-stock and/or bespoke items

- If an item is returned to the sender due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer (case-by-case basis)

Bulky Items
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our courier companies' freight charges via a courier aggregation application (supplied by ShipIt). Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our courier companies.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

1. Bulky deliveries

We provide an efficient delivery service available at your discretion. Due to the continuous changing of weight and dimensions of large machinery please call to obtain a quote prior to purchase.

Bulky deliveries will be delivered by our transport partners to a safe and easy to access location at the your nominated delivery address. For health & safety reasons in the majority of cases this will exclude delivery of the item up flights of stairs. Please have adequate assistance available to you following receipt of your delivery.

2. Delivery time frames

We use a selection of courier services with delivery times of between 2 - 5 business days and 3 - 10 business days after dispatch for regional areas. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only. If an item is not readily available at our warehouse for dispatch, we'll communicate promptly with you.

3. Reasons for delays 

  • Entry of an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout.
  • The address had no-one to sign for the parcel.
  • Incorrect payment information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of checkout as your order will only be created upon receipt of payment.
  • In the event an order is flagged for verification we may need to get in contact via phone before dispatching some orders. Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to supply product from outside of our standard delivery network. This can cause delays in dispatch if orders are directed to regional locations etc.

If your order is not received within a reasonable delivery period please contact our Customer Support Team via sales@powermowers.com.au or complete our online enquiry form. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.

4. Receiving an incorrect order

Mistakes happen! If you receive an item that you didn't place an order for, get in touch with our Customer Support Team as soon as possible via email (sales@powermowers.com.au) or complete our online inquiry form. We will require your order number and an explanation of the issue and we will resolve it accordingly on a case-by-case basis.

We are pleased to accommodate international orders. To ensure we meet your needs effectively, please follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team and complete our online inquiry form.
  2. Order Details: Provide a description of the items you wish to order along with the complete delivery address.
  3. Quotation: We will supply a detailed quotation, including estimated delivery times and all applicable fees.
