Delivery Information
PowerMowers Australia offers a comprehensive range of whole goods and parts for browsing and ordering convenience. While we maintain a robust inventory, not all parts may be immediately available in our warehouse. Delays may occur due to sourcing products from suppliers or overseas manufacturers. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
If an item is unavailable or must be sourced externally, we will contact you promptly. Accurate shipping times will be provided, and you will be notified if your order is expected to take longer than 15 business days.
Your delivery cost depends on the size, weight, and location of the products, as well as your delivery address. Larger items or those requiring a two-person lift may incur higher fees.
All parcels require an attended address. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may redirect it to the nearest depot. You will then be responsible for collection or paying an additional re-delivery charge. We recommend deliveries to attended addresses during business hours to minimize delays or additional fees.

Bulky Items
Shipping costs for bulky items are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and courier rates. Bulky items are defined by high weight or large dimensions.
If the calculated shipping cost is inaccurate, we reserve the right to request a revised payment or cancel the order.
Delivery Expectations
1. Bulky Deliveries
Bulky items will be delivered by our transport partners to a safe and accessible location at your nominated delivery address. Delivery up flights of stairs is generally excluded for health and safety reasons. Please ensure adequate assistance is available upon receipt.
2. Delivery Time Frames
We use courier services with delivery times of 2–5 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas after dispatch. Dispatch times may vary if items are not in stock, and we will communicate promptly.
3. Reasons for Delays

4. Receiving an Incorrect Order
If you receive an item that you did not order, contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible via sales@powermowers.com.au or our online inquiry form. Include your order number and details of the issue. We will resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
