Requesting a Price Beat is quick and simple:

Find a lower price – Make sure it’s for the same product, in stock, from an authorised Australian dealer.

Show us proof – Provide a link to the competitor’s website or a copy of their catalogue/ad.

Submit your request online – Hit the “Price Match” button on the product page, or contact us via email.

We’ll review and respond – Once we confirm eligibility, we’ll beat the price on the spot.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, the competitor’s product must be:

Identical (same brand, model, specifications, and condition).

New, genuine product (not refurbished, ex-demo, or seconds).

In stock and available for immediate purchase in Australia.

Advertised by an authorised Australian dealer (not third-party or marketplace sellers).
The competitor’s price must:

Be in Australian dollars (AUD).

Include all fees such as delivery, GST, and handling.
-
Be current and verifiable at the time of the request.
- Be a standard, published price available to the general public; special, member-only, or loyalty pricing is excluded.
Exclusions
Price Beat does not apply to:

Aftermarket parts, spares, or non-genuine products.

Auction sites or marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Gumtree).

Clearance, flash-sales, liquidation, fire sales, or special one-off promotions.

Trade/commercial bulk quotes or volume orders.

Special order or non-stock items.

Competitor pricing errors, misprints, or conditional offers.

Prices reduced with loyalty rewards, coupon codes, bundled offers, or bonus goods.
- Price Beat applies to the advertised product price only, excluding shipping costs.
Our Right to Verify
PowerMowers will review all Price Beat requests and reserves the right to decline any request that:

Does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Cannot be verified with current and valid proof.

Comes from a non-authorised Australian dealer or marketplace.

Is submitted by phone (Price Beat requests are online only).

Is otherwise deemed invalid or outside the scope of this offer.
