Warranty
PowerMowers ensures that products available for purchase are backed by their respective manufacturers' warranties and guarantees. As resellers, PowerMowers expressly disclaims responsibility for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of these products. When customers make a purchase on powermowers.com.au, they voluntarily relinquish the right to assert claims against the company for any product liability arising from malfunctions, defects, or damages. The extent of PowerMowers' liability is strictly limited to the stipulated refund conditions detailed in the sales agreement.
Returns Policy
Ensuring your satisfaction is our primary goal and utmost priority. Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect it promptly, and notify us immediately if any issues arise.
In the event of receiving a damaged item, it is crucial to inform us within 48 hours of receipt. If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you have a 30-days for a refund, excluding postage and handling. Initial responsibility for shipping and handling costs on returns lies with the customer. PowerMowers will reimburse standard postage costs if the item is covered by warranty or found to be not as described. For a refund to be processed, the returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Kits/sets must be returned with all components included. Before making any alterations, cuts, or final fitments, purchasers are responsible for ensuring the correctness of the purchased item.
When returning products, please include the Invoice Number. Products returned without reference of sale cannot be processed. We retain the right to deny a refund for returned items that have been fitted or are not in their original condition, including packaging.
Shipping
PowerMowers Australia proudly offers a comprehensive range of product brand parts catalogs for your browsing and ordering convenience. While we strive to maintain a robust inventory, please note that not all parts listed may be readily available in our warehouse. Whilst we prioritise transparency, it's important to understand that there might be delays in fulfilling your order due to various reasons, such as sourcing products from relevant suppliers or overseas manufacturers. We want to assure you that we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
If an item is not readily available or must be sourced externally, rest assured that we'll communicate promptly with you. We aim to provide accurate shipping times, and you'll be notified if your order is expected to take longer than 15 business days to reach you.

Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location of choice. Normally the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Extremely large goods (ie. items requiring a two man lift) will also incur higher delivery rates.
PLEASE NOTE
As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier, in most cases will not require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to collect the parcel, it may be re-directed to the nearest courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
PowerMowers recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimise any re-delivery delays and/or fees.
You may incur additional delivery fees or freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:
- Large quantity or bulk orders
- Express or urgent deliveries
- Non-stock and/or bespoke items
- If an item is returned to the sender due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer (case-by-case basis)
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our courier companies' freight charges via a courier aggregation application (supplied by ShipIt). Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our courier companies.
