2.1 PowerMowers is an authorised dealer for leading brands including Briggs & Stratton, Honda Engines, Kohler, Ferris, Orec, Atom, Echo, Shindaiwa, Victa, Masport, Rover, and others.
2.2 While we strive for accuracy, not all products are held in stock at all times.
Availability may change without notice.
2.3 Product images, specifications, and compatibility information are provided for guidance only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure parts fit their model before ordering.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT
3.1 By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.

4. PRICING, PROMOTIONS & ERRORS
4.1 Pricing is displayed in AUD and includes GST unless otherwise stated.
4.2 We do not guarantee that prices shown online will match in-store prices.
4.3 Errors may occur (pricing, stock, description).
If discovered, we may cancel or amend the order with notice to the customer.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK
5.1 Shipping and freight terms, delivery timeframes, courier handling conditions, dispatch expectations, and customer responsibilities are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy:

5.2 Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
5.3 Delays caused by couriers, weather, seasonal volume, or factors outside our control are not grounds for compensation.
6. PARTS FITMENT & TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY
6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring parts fit the intended equipment.
Incorrect fitment, installation damage, or misuse is not covered under warranty.
6.2 We strongly recommend confirming compatibility if unsure.
6.3 PowerMowers is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
7. WARRANTY

7.2 Warranty is provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
8. REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

8.2 Returns will not be accepted for:

Items installed or used

Items damaged due to incorrect fitment or misuse
8.3 Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
9. SERVICE & REPAIR WORKSHOP
9.1 PowerMowers’ technicians are trained and experienced; however, repair outcomes depend on equipment condition.
9.2 Customers will be contacted if additional work, parts, or costs arise.
9.3 Equipment must be collected within the timeframe advised; storage fees may apply.
9.4 We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by pre-existing faults or non-disclosed conditions.
10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
10.1 We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect losses.
10.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory ACL consumer guarantees.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS
We may include links to third-party websites or tools.
We are not responsible for their content, security, accuracy, or policies.
